Anique Pair of French cast Brass Piano / Wall Candle Holders, with Sconces and wax drip bowls. Very ornate design, these Candle Holders were possibly attached to a piano, they swivel in their Brass Holders and have wide wax drip bowls. The brass holders screw fit to the piano or wall, The candle holders then slide into the fitting. One candle holder is missing the tightening screw attachment which keeps the candle holder secure in one place. Otherwise both are in excellent condition. Piano or wall fitting 5.25 x 2.75 (13cm x 7cm). Protruding from this fitting 9 (23cm). Wax drop bowls across 4 (10cm). The vertical distance from the centre of the two holes is approx 8.2cm (8.5cm from the top of the first hole to the bottom of the second hole). Horizontally 5.2cm/5.7cm. In an unpolished condition. I have given it a quick wipe over, but as with all my items I don’t over clean or polish, as some customers, especially prop buyers, prefer an original patina.
