Made likely of fruitwood or another dark wood indigenous to the Caribbean region. Expertly carved women with traditional headdress at the base with a hand-carved crouching woman figure on the stem adorned with round hanging finial. Beautiful details and figural motifs throughout. Measures 19.5″ tall x 4″ wide x 4 deep and each weighs approximately 1 pound, 3 ounces. In excellent condition, with a few cracks in the wood indicative of normal age and use.
