Comes as shown in pictures. Condition and size shown in photos. Still most of the wiring in there but the bulb connectors have been taken out so would need redone if using as electric.
This is a very old, ornately carved candle holder that was made in Italy. The arms are metal and the body is wood. There are some spots of wear to the gold commensurate with age as shown in the photos, but truly a remarkable piece from what appears to be the age of it.
This is a great pair of 1960′s Syroco Wood wall candle holders. Each holds two taper sized candles. Ivory in color with touches of gold paint throughout. Marked “Syroco Wood Made in USA” on the back. Each measures 17 1/4″ long x 9″ wide. They have a hook on the back to hang. They are in excellent condition.

They are very gothic looking and have the typical plastic Syroco look and feel to them. Each sconce measures 14 in tall by 9 in wide and will stick out from the wall approximately 5.5 in when hung. They have the look of hand hammered on the candle holders. The candle holder opening is approximately 1.75 in round. There are some scuffs and some scratches and some marks but there’s no damage to the plastic as in there are no cracks or repairs anywhere. Just typical patina for age. Please see all photos. You’ve seen brass candle holder sconces, but have you seen these antique Victorian candle sconces? ! I think these might be one of my best finds yet. The sheer size of them for one! They are a whopping 25.5″ tall and 11.5″ wide at the widest point. They are also solid brass and quite heavy So they’d be perfect to go on either side of a large gilded mirror or painting. Now let’s talk about details! Where do I even begin! Do I begin with the beautiful cherub details in the center plaque, or the olive branches at the very bottom or the urn details at the very top? These have got to be really old because I haven’t seen a pair like this. There’s a rich patina all over and I chose to keep it that way because it adds so much character. There have been two pairs of newer screws securing the candle holder part and the bottom half. The candle holders may have to be maneuvered a little for the candles to sit upright. There’s some melted wax inside the candle holders, which can be cleaned out. This is one pair that would be the topic of conversation, guaranteed!
Vintage Wall Mirror With Candle Holders. Made by Virginia Metalcrafters. Frame is made of solid brass with a shiny finish. It features an ornate design, a face at the top and a double candle holder at the bottom. Great for Italian, Louis XV, French, Italian, Hollywood Regency styles. It measures 10 3/4″ wide x 19″ tall. The glass is 5″ x 10 1/4″ tall. Item is in vintage condition. No cracks or chips to glass or frame. Please view description and photos carefully.
