Estate Find: Gorgeous vintage 1969 large wall candle sconce made by Universal Statuary in Chicago. This is a rare piece as I couldn’t find another like it online. It is very large measuring 36″ wide, 20″ tall and 5″ deep and holds (5) 1″ candles. The pictures show it propped against my 36 door. It’s not plastic but seems to be a wood composite of some kind. It weighs 4 1/2 pounds. It is in beautiful condition with no damage but the paint is worn in places and has “wrinkled” in a few places. It will need a fresh coat of spray paint.
