Vintage Pair of Brass Cast 2-Arm Wall Sconces. They are very dimensional & detailed. They each hold two 2 candles each. They can be hung alone or added as an accent on each side of a picture, mirror, doorway, etc. Areas may have been gold leaf painted? They each measure 16-1/2″ tall x 12-1/4″ at widest. I deep scratch a spot on back (reverse) and used a magnet and all seems to point to brass? Because Im not an expert I cant be 100 % sure. The only marking I found was an R on the bottom of one (probably to hang as the right sconce). I dont clean collectable items I sell. I leave that to the collector who has a better knowledge of the item. If a fellow eBayer knows something more that might be of help please drop me a line. (about 5 lb each).
