THE CANDLE ARMS ARE METAL AND BOLTED TO THE PIECE THROUGH THE BACKS, THE REST OF THE SCONCES ARE WOOD. OVERALL GOOD CONDITION, THERE ARE SEVERAL SMALL PAINT CHIPS AS TO BE EXPECTED WITH THESE PIECES FROM ITALY, WHICH ONLY ADDS TO THEIR CHARM.
