Up for sale is a pair of nice quality antique 19th century Victorian candle holder wall sconces. They are made out of thick bronze, are heavy sconces, and have a lovely gold gilded finish. Each is a three arm sconce with very ornate detailing throughout. The mounting canopies are also very ornate and have bronze mounting brackets that slide onto the arm in the backside. The set each measures 16 inches long by 6 inches up and down and sits 9 1/4 inches from the wall. One has a weld repair to one arm as shown in last photo but is very sturdy. ORNATE PAIR 19th C. ANTIQUE FRENCH GILT BRONZE WALL MOUNT CANDELABRAS / SCONCES

Welcome to Antiques & Moore! This listing is for a fabulous pair of 19th Century French gilt bronze wall mount candelabras or wall sconces. This lovely pair of candelabras have an elaborate embossed gilt ribbon and floral garland design in high relief and date from the late 1800′s. Both candelabras are i n excellent condition with no damage or repairs. There is some minor gilt loss on one at the very bottom of the floral garland decoration (see photos) – no other noted flaws. Measure 11 1/2″ long with the center medallion being 4 1/2″ in diameter, 8″ wide at candle cups and 6 1/2″ deep. Combined weight is 5.0 pounds.
