There is melted wax on the candle holes at the top. Springs inside to push candles up. Set screws to hold a shade in place are present. Missing one brass screw- bolt that holds the brass mounting ring to the candlestick – I’m sure it could be replaced – i just don’t have it. Each measures 9 1/2 Tall. Bracket is 4 1/4 Long.
