Brand names like Cartier, Tiffany, Shelley, Kangen, McIntosh, many antiques, like export Chinese Canton, furniture like Ethan Allen, Hitchcock, Bent Bros, Maitland smith, Theodore Alexander, Thonet, Au Gros Chene. I test what I can and let you know what I did. In the case of electronics, I’m not a technician, I test it and describe it the best I can. If you want me to try a specific function, let me know. If you know more about the item, I’m happy to update my listing, most of the time I find similar items to help me with my listing and pricing. I also make sure and get a drop off receipt that the carrier has it in their possession. So tracking info may be delayed. If you want something signature confirmed, let me know and I will add that to your total. It’s a couple dollars more. In transit- once I drop it off, it really out of my control. I’m happy to discuss any concerns. If you have any issues, let me know, I’m willing to work with you. If you don’t read descriptions or don’t review photos, it makes it harder to come to a solution.
