Constructed of welded ¼ rod stock with a Gold gilded finish- It holds 10 votive candles and 5 cast birds. Each candle votive holder is approximately: 2 5/8 diameter and has spike in the middle to hold the candle in place. The candles are surrounded by five cast birds sitting on stylized branches with leaves. 9 tea candles included. Great vintage condition issues to report.
