This is for 2 wonderful vintage Pewter wall Sconces that each hold one taper candle. These measure: 10.75 inches tall x 4.5 inches wide x 4.5 inches deep from the wall. They are stamped on the back with the makers name, “Oneida” and also the makers mark and “Pewter Portugal”. These are “Soft” pewter as they bend. These do have some pitting on them form age and appear to be hand crafted. These also have a ring on the back for hanging on the wall. I may or may not know details but do spend time researching information to provide details the best I can and to pass along fair prices. I take all my own pictures in my home and as such try and get all the colors as true to correct as possible. Please let me know if need any addition pictures or clarification on the pictures I have posted. Remember most items will show wear. Assume items are preloved and or vintage and such can have its own idiosyncrasies due to age alone and normal wear and tear. Remember vintage items have been used and will have small issues like surface scratches and age appropriate wear. I will show any major issues in my pictures as they are part of the description. I STRONGLY believe in reusing and repurposing of mailing materials, thus your item maybe packed in a previously used box and/or wrapped with previously used materials. Thank you for looking!
These are absolutely beautiful! The base is brass and I’m not totally sure what type of glass it is but it sits in the scone very nicely! There are metal tabs on the wall scones to ensure that the glass won’t fall out and shatter. There is one tiny chip on the bottom of one of the glass pieces but you can’t notice it at all when it sits in the scone. The scones are very nice quality with beautiful detail! There is an indent on the back of the scones to hang them on the wall! I don’t see any other flaws other than maybe some of the finish is starting to come off, but I think that’s just the look of them! The tags says they are made in India!

Antique Victorian Solid Brass Double Arm Wall Sconces Converted Matching Pair. These are heavy solid brass sconces. They have not been polished. The wiring from these has been removed. You can use them for candlesticks or have them rewired back to their original state. They both have a switch in the center of the sconce to turn off and on. No mounting hardware is include. Sconce arms are adjustable and can be spread out to your desire. One of the sconces has a slit on the top in the metal, shown in pictures, that must have been done when they were made. It is not visible from a mounted position. Measurements Are 11″T, Center Base Is 4″ Across.
