Stunning 17 thick metal (maybe wrought iron but not guaranteed) and glass sun face wall hanging candle holder. There are 4 rings (approximately 2.25 diameter) that can hold glass candle holders (not included). Heavy in weight and rare! Some markings and wear throughout. No chips on sun. Vintage Gothic Victorian Syroco Wall Candle Holder Sconces Set Hanging #4109. This vintage set was probably made in the’60s or’70s. If I had to guess. They are very gothic looking and have the typical plastic Syroco look and feel to them. Each sconce measures 14 in tall by 9 in wide and will stick out from the wall approximately 5.5 in when hung. They have the look of hand hammered on the candle holders. The candle holder opening is approximately 1.75 in round. There are some scuffs and some scratches and some marks but there’s no damage to the plastic as in there are no cracks or repairs anywhere. Just typical patina for age. Please see all photos. Some scuffs, marks and discoloration, and candle wax residue are present (candle wax residue is inside the holders only). Each sconce holds 8 crystals each (4 per side). There are two extra complete crystals and two extra round crystal pieces (see photo #8). There are a total of 18 complete crystals and 2 extra round crystal pieces. Each crystal has some sort of flaw to it from small chips, to more obvious chips, to scuffs and marks. These flaws are not very obvious at a quick glance. Not all crystals appear to be uniform in size, some appear to be slightly larger than others (unknown if all crystals are original to item). One of the “arms” on the brass candle holder is loose and able to be moved but sturdy in a sense that it has to have force to move it. Crystals will be removed from the bases therefore ASSEMBLY IS REQUIRED once item is received. Please see photos for accurate condition of item(s).
Antique Hanging Wall Candle Box, Mirror, Match Holders , With Decorative Carved Wood, Folk Art. This tall hand made wooden hanging wall candle box is skillfully hand carved cutouts. Has a large shelf pocket on bottom to store candles at base. Has a central mirror with two small wooden match holders on either side of mirror. Americana Folk Art at its best circa 1880′s or earlier. I believe this wallbox is made of walnut. It would be great to be part of display items for your primitive/early Americana home decoration. Mirror measures 9-1/2″ x 7-1/4″. Presented in as found condition, I have not cleaned or altered. This wall box is in great antique condition, nice patina, with no splits or chips in wood, with age appropriate wear and authentic wear marks throughout and use that is expected with age. Mirror has no silver loss and I believe may have been replaced, not sure. Our antiques are collectible and are not new and not reproductions, and have lived a long and eventful life and sometimes developing flaws. Therefore, use and wear should be expected with these items, unless stated in description. We do not clean or alter unless stated in listing, and most times have been in storage for many decades picking up old age storage oxidation spots. Wonderful pair of vintage candelabras in wood, with resin base and metal arms. These wonderful candelabras accommodate 3 candles each and have attached wooden tassels. Each candelabra measures approximately 23.25″ tall, 16″ wide, and 15.5 deep. Hung in same place for 25 years, never moved and never used. These are very large!! I have had these in my personal collection for over 25 years. Hate to part with them, but downsizing!
