Up for sale is a wonderful pair of antique 19th century gilt brass candle holder wall sconces. They are done with very ornate detailing throughout, are elaborately cast, and have open mouthed faces holding the sconce arms in mouth. They have a gold gilded finish that has acquired a patina from age. These two armed sconces are made of thick brass and marked EC on the back of each. Both in nice condition and each measures 8 1/2 inches wide by 5 3/4 inches wide and sits 4 1/2 inches from the wall. Thank you for visiting “Dusty Treasures ” and please feel free to browse through. Wall Sconce candle holder candelabra. This looks like Gold Gilt Bronze and it is very heavy and ornate. The woman Figural is stunning, lots of detail and looks victorian era. This has 2 arms for taper candles and it also has 6 holes for hanging chandelier crystals off each of the candle holder, plus 2 more holes along each arm- for a total of 16 holes for hanging crystals in to bling this up. Measures 12.5″ and the arms are 11.5″ wide total width. This is in great condition for its age, beautiful and shiny with very little age patina around where the arms attach to the back plate. It has hole for hanging with nails/screws but you will need to supply a few brass nails. These beautiful vintage sconces are made with Brass and feature very ornate details. The photos don’t do the two justice. Please see photos for true condition. These are left in their original untouched patina. One of the sconces has the candleholders slightly bent up, its the one in the left on the first photo of the listing. The dimensions of each are as follows: 21 inches tall from the top of the frame to the lowest point of the candleholders, the frame portion with the mirror is approximately 7 inches wide, and the portion of the candleholders on the front part of the piece is 9 1/2 inches wide.
