The chain is slightly rusty and I see no markings on it. This piece has an arched bar to make it stick out from the wall. You could hang without using a chain as the two ends each have a hole to put a screw or nail through if desired. 25 Tall (top to bottom). 28 Wide (side to side). 9 1/2″ Candle Holders w 2 1/4″.
