Wall Candle Holders

Item: For your consideration we are presenting for sale a nice vintage mid century modern wall hanging electric clock manufactured by United (Brooklyn, NY – USA). Circa’50s /’60. The clock is constructed of metal, and each of the small atomic balls at the ends of the hour marker extensions appear to be made of wood. There is a glass protective covering on the clock face. This will make a welcome addition to any mid century modern interior! 13″ across x 2.25″ deep. The clock face, including the bezel, is approx. 6.75 in diameter. The small atomic ball markers are each approx. 0.5 in diameter. Condition: Good vintage condition – there are no dents, dings, breaks, repairs, etc. There is some paint loss around the metal bezel surrounding the clock face, as well as some paint loss along the back side of the clock. Neither particularly detracts, and it can be touched up quite easily – we just chose to leave it in the condition in which it was acquired. The clock has been tested for an extended period of time – it runs quietly and keeps accurate time. The electrical wiring appears to be original to the clock, and its in fine shape – no frays, splits, exposed wires, etc. As with all vintage electronics, we always strongly urge having a licensed professional inspect the wiring prior to long-term use.
