Wall Candle Holders

This ornate wall swinging scone came out of an old house in Oak Park Illinois, and would be at least 80 years old, maybe much older. The total weight is about 6 pounds. I see no writing anywhere. The plate you see would be screwed to the wall, and the two arms with pins slide into the plate and could swing. Any questions please ask.
